Ingredients
1kg beef rump
1 Tbsp. Naturalito tomato paste
300g Naturalito slightly concentrated juice
1 cup dry white wine
½ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely-chopped
2 green and 2 red peppers
1 zucchini
1 tomato
1 clove garlic, finely-chopped
2 bay leaves
Allspice
Salt, pepper
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
Cut the meat into small cubes and sauté with the finely-chopped onion and garlic. Reduce with the wine.
Add the slightly concentrated juice and the Naturalito tomato paste, bay leaves, allspice, cinnamon, salt and pepper, and one cup of water and let the mixture come to a slow boil for approximately 1 ½ hours.
Grill the vegetables, cut in cubes and sprinkle with Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve the meat with the sauce and garnished with the grilled vegetables.
