Ingredients
4 slices bacon
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Mozzarella balls, sliced
Dough
350g flour
1 small packet dried yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 cup warm water
Sauce
300g Naturalito crushed tomato
1 clove garlic, finely-chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt, pepper, oregano
Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then add the salt.
Mix the flour into the dissolved yeast until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Set the dough aside for 1 hour, then roll it out and place on a pizza pan.
Mix together all sauce ingredients and spread out over the dough. Add the Mozzarella cheese, bacon and mushrooms on top.
Bake at 200 ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
